The company was originally founded in 1992 under the name Etruria Antica Fornace, with a mission to revive traditional ceramic techniques rooted in early 20th-century European tile design. In 2005, it rebranded as Etruria Design, reflecting a broader and more modern design vision while maintaining its dedication to artisanal craftsmanship.
